Strategy actually just have to close the gab of where you want to go (the mountain you want to climb), and where you stand today.

But is the mountain clear for us, and for everybody, and do we actually agree on where we stand today?

Aligning and not a least together priorizing our challenges is a very strong firsts step up the mountain

It is all about have great leaders who brings up the best in people - making great, sustainable results togehter.

Top 3 difficulties in this:

1. Most mangers has to manage less and lead more - delegating also interesting tasks and authorities!

2. This requires that they belive and show that they believe in people - using differences as a plus

3. And that people starts to take responsibility - which they by the way will if they see and are being involved in the picture, the big and small why’s in what we are doing

LEAN, BEHAVIORAL DESIGN AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS IMPLEMENTATIONS

Problems can be complicated, solutions can not - is a good and very important saying.

We can brainstorm on all different interesting ideas, big strategies and 100 things we could do better in the company.

BUT we need to keep it simple, design our solutions so they feel easy for our organization and our everyday - otherwise it will just be one more ship not coming to the habour


A quite specific and actual input at the moment - the work life on distance - the (maybe new) virtual work day, meetings on distance, and being a good manager/leader on distance.
