My family and I lived in Ukraine for quite some years. And due to need of a daycare and kindergarten for our kids, I build up a now greatly running danish way kindergarten. The manager and the team has developed enormously through the years, and are now running it almost independently of me.
Danish way of management and also parenting has since become interesting for many countries abroad, and we had great cooperation with LEGO FOUNDATION, DANISH WAY OF PARENTING AUTHOR, and if you google you may find me being interviewed in Danish national television, DR1 Aftenshowet, about this danish export good ;-)
